Join me for a fun and mindful yoga and meditation practise in London.


I have been practising yoga for the last twelve years and qualified as a yoga and meditation instructor in 2014. I teach a fun and relaxed yoga class with a focus on alignment and making sure you are doing what’s best for your own body. Meditation can be taught in any location and I focus on mindfulness and relaxation.

Yoga Classes:

Apart from private classes I can be found at Nuffield Health and Wellbeing in the City of London, Cousin Lane. I’m also one of the resident yoga teachers at the Home Office in London.

I am available for private or group classes.

Mindfulness Meditation:

I teach mindfulness meditation in a corporate environment. This can be as a ten week course or on a drop-in basis. Get in touch for details.
