7 days, 7 yoga classes
By practising yoga every day for a week you’ll feel stronger and really notice the difference.
Have you let your practise slide during lockdown? This is the perfect opportunity to get back into it from the comfort of your own home.
Or perhaps lockdown has allowed you to practise more than usual, so this is a great chance to deepen your experience and start to develop a daily routine.
Are you brand new and want to see what yoga is all about? If so, I recommend taking a few beginners classes first and then jumping in and trying the challenge!
Classes will be on live Zoom and will be recorded so if you can’t make the morning sessions you can do it in your own time on that day.
Here’s what the week will look like:
Monday – Grounding morning yoga and meditation to set you up for the week
Tuesday – Energising lunchtime yoga flow
Wednesday – Morning yoga and meditation
Thursday – Evening class “Go with the Flow-ga”
Friday – Lunchtime power yoga
Saturday – Late morning “Yin and Yang” yoga practise
Sunday – Late morning Restorative, Yin and meditation
Exact times TBC. All classes will be 45 or 60mins.
Price is £45 for the 7 classes and also includes audio tracks for you to keep.
I’ll also be on hand all week if you have any questions or want to work towards mastering a particular posture.
